Dr. Rose Romulus is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of broad and diverse clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, and preventive health. She is the proud owner and lead provider at Romulus Primary Care Services, LLC, where she brings her extensive knowledge, compassionate approach, and commitment to excellence to every patient she serves.

Dr. Romulus began her professional journey in healthcare after earning her Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2004. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and leadership in healthcare, she went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Capella University in 2018—all while working full-time and continuing to provide high-quality care to her patients.

Throughout her career, Dr. Romulus has actively collaborated with a variety of physicians and medical specialists across multiple healthcare systems, allowing her to bring a well-rounded and team-oriented approach to patient care. She is also committed to shaping the future of nursing, having served as a clinical preceptor for nurse practitioner students from several universities, mentoring the next generation of advanced practice providers.

At the heart of her practice is a strong belief in building trusting relationships with patients. Dr. Romulus takes the time to truly listen, understand individual health goals, and develop personalized care plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and values.

In addition to English, Dr. Romulus is fluent in French and Haitian Creole, enabling her to connect more deeply with a diverse patient population and ensure that language is never a barrier to quality care.
